"How far in advance do I have to order my bespoke cake?"
A minimum 2 weeks notice is usually required (certain items ie, Wedding cakes may require longer.

"Can I order Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten free options?"
Yes! We are happy to discuss your dietary requirements.. But we are unable to 100% guarantee traces of nut although we take all precautions possible to avoid cross contamination.

"Are the colourings and flavourings all natural based products ?"
Absolutely! We use no artificial flavourings or colour substitutes in any of our products

"Are Truffles & Chocolates on request only, and what flavourings?"
Yes request orders only. Flavours: Dark, or White Chocolate, filled with figs, nuts or just plain. Minimum order 12 pcs - presentation box extra charge.

"Do you provide a biscuits in box and what is the minimum quantity order?"
Yes, all biscuits/cookies come in a box with a minimum order of
15 pcs.

"Can you provide a decorative gift box for my order?"
Yes, there will be an appropriate extra charge, but we are more than happy to discuss your requirements.

"Do you cater for events?"
Yes, we are happy to supply all the sweet cakes and treats for your event/party, please call to discuss.

"How long will my cake stay fresh for?"
Cakes will stay fresh for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container. If refrigeration occurs please leave at room temperature for 1-2 hours before consuming.

"How long will my Cake Toppers stay fresh for?"
Cake Toppers will stay fresh for up to 1 month if stored in an airtight container & refrigerated. Please leave at room temperature for 1-2 hours before consuming.

"What form of payments do you accept?"
We are currently only accepting payments by cash, bank transfer
or cheque.
Terms & Conditions

Once your cake is collected / delivered, it is your sole responsibility to handle and store the cake.
If you choose to collect your cake, Richmond Cake House takes no responsibility for any damage once you take possession.
2.
Richmond Cake House cannot be responsible for any ingredients used that cause an allergic reaction unless we have be provided clear details of such allergies at the time of order placement.
